Putting the member at the heart of everything we do is the focus of the current College Strategy: Navigating the Future of General Practice, Statement of Strategy 2023-2026.
This is the culmination of consultation and inputs from members through a survey and focus groups, in addition to consultation with the Council of the College, Board, staff and the senior leadership team. It is an ambitious strategy and I look forward to working with you all to deliver on our new vision, with the member central to all college activities:
General Practice at the heart of patient care, Irish College of GPs at the heart of general practice and GPs at the heart of the College
We look forward to the continuous development of the Irish College of GPs in supporting our members and I personally look forward to working with members, the Board, the Irish College of GPs team and other key stakeholders to fully animate our new strategy.
